Who We Are

YesRef was launched by Wiltshire based entrepreneurs Ben Williamson and Olly Rodriguez-Ballinger, who combined have over 30 years’ experience within the sports and leisure industry. The team of innovative referees share a joint passion for sports and technology that continues to drive YesRef from strength to strength, with clubs, leagues and educational bodies using the platform to find and pay referees quicker and easier than ever before.

Olly Ballinger

Founder & CEO

Olly has over a decade of experience working within innovative UK businesses in the Sports Industry, as well as being an experienced Futsal and Football referee.

Ben Williamson

Founder & COO

Since qualifying as a Referee in 2005, Ben has progressed his refereeing career to the professional stage, officiating on the Vanarama National League, while developing a substantial network across multiple sports and great experience to share with others.

Frank Rodriguez

Chairmen

Frank is an experienced Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director / Chairman; having built the 4th fastest growing business in the UK and holding a prestigious National Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Frank has over 35years of hands-on experience in building award winning enterprises at every level from £multi-million corporates through to start-ups and across numerous sectors, particularly in sport and leisure, facilities.

Andy Stalsberg

Non exec director (digital payments)

His career started with his first business which operated promotional campaigns to the leisure sector boosting membership sign-up for over 600 clubs across the UK covering an 18 year period. Evolving out of this business, Andy saw the need to collect monthly payments more efficiently as most businesses still used outdated legacy systems.
